Make your mark in the field of neurosurgery by contributing to our Neurosurgical Masterclass!
Submit your research abstracts or case presentations through your account on the online.medevents.ro platform.
Get the chance to present your case at an international event and share your work with hundreds of students attending the Masterclass.
Once you submit your presentation, our Scientific Committee will review it. If accepted, you’ll be notified.
Abstract Guidelines:
- All abstracts must be written in English. Please ensure your abstract is free of spelling and grammatical errors.
- Case presentations must be related to pediatric neurosurgery.
Oral Presentation:
- Each presentation is limited to 7 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for discussions and questions.
- Ensure that you do not exceed the time limit.
PowerPoint Requirements:
- We recommend saving your presentation on a USB flash drive in PowerPoint format.
- Back up all media files (audio, video) used in your presentation in a separate folder on the drive.
Author and Coauthor Information:
- Each paper can have one author and a maximum of one coauthor.
- The person submitting the abstract must be the one to present it if accepted (Presenting Author).
- Each abstract can only have one scientific coordinator. Other contributors can be listed as coauthors.
Participation Limit:
- Each active participant may deliver a maximum of one presentation.
- You can submit multiple abstracts, but the committee will decide which (if any) will be accepted.
